For Agents/Brokers with clients that are “future” home buyers:
Due to minimal time on the job, recovering credit or just needing some time to decide in which area of the beach to buy, some buyers need a little time. We will assist your clients in finding an acceptable rental and coordinate showings for our available properties in the areas of interest and based on the client’s criteria.
For Agents/Brokers with clients that need a short window of time before closing:
Due to construction delays, contract negotiations on a distressed property or client indecision, clients often need 3 to 6 months of temporary housing to complete the process. We have property owners on our program that will provide their short term rental properties in this capacity in and out of season.
Rental Property Analysis
For Agents/Brokers with clients that need rental numbers on a property:
Often Agents working with investors find themselves at a property with clients asking about numbers or in the office preparing for a meeting with clients about a property of interest. Having estimates and data for the investor can be critical in their decision making and ultimately in the Agent securing a contract. When these situations arise, Agents may call our office to get some immediate feedback. If more detailed information is needed, we will analyze the property/community and respond as quickly as possible.
2nd Home Property Services
For Agents/Brokers with clients that need property supervision but not rental management:
Clients may waiver on moving forward with purchasing a 2nd home because of uncertainty with security and maintenance concerns when they are out of the area. We can connect owners to professionals in our network who provide services to inspect, maintain and supervise these types of properties. This may put the client’s anxieties to rest and enable the Agent to “close the deal.”
